What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your Skōp to initiate a return.

What is Skōp’s warranty?

The warrantee covers hardware up to three years, the touchscreen up to one year and other components defined in our warrantee up to one year.

How do you pronounce Skōp?

It’s pronounced Scope, as in, “I’m going to take a lap and scope out the room!”

What metrics does Skōp track?

Skōp is the first machine to track weight distribution, pace of movement, tension, and repetitions:

Weight Distribution: See how weight is distributed across your hands and feet during a plank, or between your legs in a lunge.
Pace of Movement: Pace determines the challenge and how your tissues are loaded. Skōp helps you measure and optimize this important metric.
Tension: No more guessing spring colors! Skōp quantifies the exact weight you’re pushing or pulling.
Repetitions: In physiotherapy mode, Skōp counts your repetitions for each movement, ensuring you complete your set and know when to move on.

Do all machines include every software program?

No. Machines with a physiotherapy subscription include access to physiotherapy, freeform, and instructor-led programs. All other machines come with freeform and instructor-led programs only.

What’s the difference between the software programs?

Physiotherapy: Designed for rehabilitation, this mode compares your real-time performance to pre-set “gold standard” data points, which calculate your Skōre.

Freeform: Real-time performance data without additional content—perfect for independent workouts.

Instructor-led: Guided workouts that allow you to follow along while viewing “gold standard” data for form and pacing cues.

What are the user height and weight limitations?

Do I need special footwear?

Grip socks are recommended for improved stability but are not required for at-home use.

How much space do I need around Skōp?

We recommend at least 18 inches of clearance on all sides.

What are Skōp’s dimensions?

Skōp measures 100 inches long, 27 inches wide, and 16 inches high (floor to platform).

What are the Teleskōpe’s dimensions?

Coming soon: The Teleskōpe will be 100 inches long, 27 inches wide, and 16 inches high when extended, and just 64 inches long when compacted.

Can I use headphones with Skōp?

Yes, you can connect your headphones for a quiet and focused workout.

How much is the at-home subscription?

At-home instructor-led and freeform subscription is $40 a month or $30 a month billed annually ($360 a year) that begins upon receiving your Skōp reformer.
