Skōp ("we," "our,""us") stands behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide warranty coverage for our hardware and software products. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the terms stated herein.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for the following duration: The Limited Warranty applies to the Skōp machine supplied by the company.

  • Hardware Products: 3 years
  • Touchscreen: 1 year
  • Components: 1 year

2. What Is Covered

The warranty covers the following:

  • Hardware Products: The company warrants the Skōp machine itself against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years from the date of original delivery.
  • Touchscreen: The company warrants the screen for a period of 1 year from the date of original delivery.
  • Other Components: The company warrants straps, box, loops, handles, and springs for a period of 1 year from the date of original delivery.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear including on the upholstery and springs
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or discoloration
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications including liquid and cleaning products
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance if done yourself
  • Loss of data or software corruption
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Transfer of the machine from the initial buyer to another

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your product during the warranty period, follow these steps to file a claim:

5. Warranty Limitations

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Replacement or repaired items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or e.g three years for hardware, whichever is longer.
  • Shipping costs for returns or replacements may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
